The park district offers a wide range of parks and facilities including 11 developed parks, 3 natural areas, a pool, trail system, and a Recreation Facility. The park district maintains a total of 260 acres of park property as well as approximately 11 miles of the Washington Recreation Trail and approximately 1.5 miles of natural trails within the parks. The majority of indoor programming occurs at the Recreation Facility and the programmed outdoor activities occur primarily at Washington Park and Oak Ridge Park.
